Products & Services

Digital Products

Digital products (music, downloads, exclusive content) are delivered electronically after purchase. Once a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded except in cases of technical issues that prevent access.

Physical Products

Physical merchandise (apparel, accessories, vinyl) will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times vary based on location and product availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Event Tickets

Event tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. All sales are final. Events may be subject to change, postponement, or cancellation. In the event of cancellation by AL1CE, ticket holders will receive a full refund.

Membership Programs

Membership subscriptions (such as Inner Circle) are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us.

• Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase
• Lifetime memberships are one-time purchases and non-refundable
• Membership benefits may be modified with reasonable notice

Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information is accurate.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with your purchase based on your location.

Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.

Physical Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

For returns due to change of mind, items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued minus original shipping charges.

Event Tickets

All event ticket sales are final. Refunds are only issued if the event is canceled by the organizer.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of AL1CE or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content without prior written permission from AL1CE, except for personal, non-commercial use of purchased digital products.

User Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
